For starter leveling is really hard especially when you are still a newbie in the Game,because of that others are tempted to "Buy" an Account. You can creat a new character to compare wether a premium user is different from a normal user. Then leveling it in using normal mode and not using a premium service takes longer since this is the case.
What you need to do is use the beads that will give you during the creation of the character, level(cabal alz) the character To level 40 , then after that you can buy "COPY OF MASTERCARD" required level is 40-60 so you can use as many as you can in order to make it to level 60. once it is level 60 try to level it again into level 65 so that you can enter "MAP PART",LEVEL it up to Lvl 75 in Map part. ONce it is level 75 now you can enter "RUINA STATION" there you can level your char to level 100.
Once youve reach that level you can skill grind all day long in the training dummy using Adept set "skill xp+4/skill xp+3". It is just 240php and also buy Blessings beads plus if you have a Budget try to buy Platinum premium service, you use both of them in order for faster leveling. In the MAP PART and RUINA STATION, lure the mobs and line them up, in that way you can gain more XP. Just have fun in Cabal.
